Categories of data processed

• Identity and contact details: first name, last name, email address, phone number when you provide one
• Country of residence and language of the exchange
• Project data: budget considered, available contribution, target monthly payment where relevant, priority, objective, timeframe, preferred area, property type and funding situation
• Optional free-text message
• Consent records: marketing and phone/WhatsApp choices, the wording displayed when you submitted, and your measurement-cookie choice with its date
• Advertising attribution identifiers (campaign parameters, Meta identifiers) only after the applicable consent

Purposes and legal bases

• Answering the property enquiry you voluntarily submit and taking the pre-contractual steps you request
• Optional marketing emails: your consent
• Optional phone or WhatsApp contact: your consent
• Form security and abuse prevention: JL HOME's legitimate interest
• Keeping records where a legal or regulatory obligation applies: legal obligations

Recipients

Authorised JL HOME staff and, only as far as necessary, the technical providers that host the site, route the form, store enquiries and operate the JL HOME CRM.

Meta receives measurement data only after you consent to measurement cookies. Phone or WhatsApp contact happens only if you separately consented to it.

Transfers outside the EEA

Depending on our providers' infrastructure, some data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, such transfers are governed by an adequacy decision or by appropriate contractual safeguards. You can consult the privacy information published by the hosting platform (Lovable Labs AB) and by Meta for their respective practices.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept for the time necessary to handle your enquiry and, where applicable, the commercial relationship that follows, then for the applicable legal or regulatory limitation periods. It is deleted or anonymised once no longer necessary.

Your measurement-cookie choice is stored for six months, after which you are asked again.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and, where applicable, port your data. You can withdraw a consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

Refusing consent

Refusing measurement cookies, marketing emails or phone contact never prevents you from submitting your property enquiry or from having it handled.
